If the account has a history of three or more missed appointments in a 12-month period, a non-refundable prepayment of the exam fee will be required at the time of scheduling future appointments. Continued missed appointments will be considered a discontinuation of the veterinarian-client-patient relationship and approval will be needed prior to reinstatement.
